By accessing this website, the user, agree to use the terms and conditions set out hereunder. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion at any time and without prior notice. All prices on this website are subject to confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify all customers if delivery is delayed, however this cannot be guaranteed.

 

ARTWORK DESIGN AND DIGITISING

The set-up price for digitising of Embroidery is €35 inclusive of VAT. Artwork set up fee is €18 inclusive of VAT. No major amendments can be made once artwork designs and digitising samples are approved. If a drastic change to your logo is required we can edit it for a charge of €10.00. If it is adding a name, any kind of lettering or change of colours we can edit it for free.

Baseline cannot be held responsible for any artwork or digitising mistakes such as; spelling, size of lettering, and colours once approved.

 

DELIVERY & PRICING

All prices stated on this site exclude carriage, which is added at the end of the order. If your order exceeds €100, you are entitled to free standard delivery.

Prices on this website do not include decoration costs (such as Embroidery or printing). If you require decoration on your garments please state on the personalisation button when ordering your garments and we will quote for your logo.

 

CONTACTING US

You can contact us between 9:00 am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am till 4:00pm on a Friday. Our aim is to get back to your emails and messages within 3-4 working hours only. Please visit our ‘Contact us’ page for our address and other information.

 

RETURNS

Any returns must be back at our premises 7 days within the receipt of your order. If we do not receive it back within this time we will be unable to give you a refund.

We cannot accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to fault of the buyer. For example, wrong sizing, colour, type etc.

*Goods are to be returned at customer’s own expense

*Goods are to be returned by a tracking service

*Goods will only be excepted if they are unworn, undamaged and in an unused condition

*Clothing tags must not be removed

*Refunds do not include post and packaging

*Refunds will be made via original payment method

*We cannot accept returns if they are already personalised

*Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the fault is ours

*We have the right to refuse any return that should, in our opinion, be outside of our terms and conditions.

We shall only accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to a fault on our behalf. For example, personalisation wrong, or a faulty garment.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be made up to 6 working hours after you have placed your order/s.

If it is after the 6 working hours there will be a 15% re-stocking charge. Your order will be refunded less the 15% as per how the original payment was made.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full before production of orders. Goods will not be completed or dispatched until payment is complete.

It is the customer’s responsibility to illustrate or mark where the logos are desired. If no marks or specific requirements are made by the customer, then Baseline will not be able to proceed with the job.
